• We are not solicitors, and nothing we write is legal advice. If you need legal advice, please speak to a solicitor.
• We explain the rules and help you put your case. The NHS makes the decision. We cannot promise any outcome.

How reviews are prepared

Our reviews are prepared with the help of AI. Every point is checked against the National Framework and the Decision Support Tool guidance, and every fact names the page of your documents it comes from. We do not invent facts or quote law that does not apply.

Terms of the free review

• Free reviews are not open yet. Joining the waiting list does not commit you to anything, and we will email you when reviews open.
• The review is free while we test the service. We may limit how many we take each week, and will tell you if we cannot take yours.
• We aim to send it within 5 working days of receiving the documents.
• You decide what to do with it. Please check deadlines yourself with your NHS area's letter.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See our privacy notice.
